We ship across India. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Handcrafted and made-to-order items may take slightly longer — this will be noted on the product page where relevant.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Northeast & remote pincodes	7-12 business days

Timelines are estimates and can vary with courier delays, weather, or festival-season demand.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight. Any free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout and on the Offers page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

5. Delays

During festivals, extreme weather, or courier network disruptions, delivery may take longer than estimated. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please see our Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy — we'll make it right.
