These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.bangaloreincense.in and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Bangalore Incense is a retail (B2C) storefront selling incense, bakhoor, dhoop, resins, aroma oils, candles and related products, handcrafted in Bangalore, India, and shipped across India.
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to shop with us.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture or weight compared to product photos are normal and not considered defects.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order — for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — and will notify you if this happens.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised.

These Terms apply to retail purchases. For wholesale, bulk or private-label enquiries, please contact us — such orders may be routed to our B2B division, Jaygee Industries, under separate terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
